Andrea Navedo is an American actress and published author. She began her career on the soap operas for daytime viewers like One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later seasons, had various support roles on primetime TV. Andrea Navedo, an American singer and actress, was born in The Bronx New York United States 10th October 1977. Navedo started her acting career in an afternoon soap. Between 1995 and 1997, she played Linda Soto on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. She was cast in Guiding Light, a CBS soap-opera on CBS from 1999 until 2000. She played Theresa Sandoval. She began her career as a film actress with a role of Girl 6 (1996), and later, she was a part of episodes of New York Undercover (1997) and The District. Navedo starred with Double Take in 2001 and Washington Heights the next year. Navedo was the character Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC series Law & Order from 2001 until 2004. later he starred in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in a variety of other movies including El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo was a regular character in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 through 2013. Superfast! was her first film.
